Arbour Valley has been selected as the Developer Partner of the Alachua County Housing Authority. Having recently completed the development of the mid-rise Arbours at Tumblin Creek, which provides affordable housing for veterans and elderly residents of Gainesville, Florida, Arbour Valley Communities is pleased to continue investing in the Alachua County market. Arbour Valley will be working with the Alachua County Housing Authority to maximize the value of the Housing Authority’s housing and land assets, strategically pursuing financing and development plans that will maximally benefit the Housing Authority and Alachua County.
