Arbours at Tumblin Creek

Completed in December 2017, the $13.3 million affordable housing development, Arbours at Tumblin Creek, was financed with Section 42 tax credits, an FHA first mortgage and a city of Gainesville grant. Arbour Valley was pleased to have the opportunity to work with the local government to deliver this much-needed senior housing to the community.

Arbour Valley Management was tasked with managing the complex lease-up of Arbours at Tumblin Creek, which required in-depth knowledge of various local government, financing entity, state, and federal requirements regarding tenant qualifications and required services and amenities. This compliance challenge was complicated by the overwhelming demand for these new apartment homes, and required an expert community relations approach.
